CommentsAh, the fabled Halloween drawing.
I quite like all the stippling, though I agree it can be boring. I love the frame, and how you've also broken through it. The characters look fantastic, as usual, that outfit is so great. And the tree looks awesome, it makes for a great background. The only thing I don't much care for is the snake, unless you intended to make him look phallic? Maybe it's just me, but he looks like a tentacle monster from a hentai. Well, I always comment on your colouring because your sense of it is superb. What I really love is your framework that contains all but a couple things of the artwork. It really is great.
-- *I can't forget the things you never said* *Come know me in a different light, now... come know me as...* wow, fancy colours
excellent as usual. such a strong pose in the sitting character. oh and the outfit details are amazing -- Yoda: The other side is dark... very dark Obiwan: Quit whining and eat your toast already!! Ahhh! <3 I love it! And I adore the way you use frames.. And colours of course.
Stunning details. Definite fave! -- It's the unperfections in us that make us perfect! <3 I love it!
-- You know you wanna see my gallery, dear~ The stippling took a couple hours - and it drove me crazy. TEDIOUS PLZ.
I was considering plopping this in fashion design - as there's not much else to it. The snake was going to be an anaconda - but I just gave up and made it blue instead. And you can blame anacondas for their head shape. As for what any of it "means" - I'll figure it out in a year and get back to you. -- "Every time you eat waffles, your mind is living in sin" How to Look Like an Ass in Your Signature. I don't think it qualifies as fashion design, since the focus is on more than just an outfit, it's a whole scene.
And I didn't ask what it means, I prefer to come up with my own interpretations. I like his outfit!
i love how you do hair. it's amazing.
and yes, stippling is the most boring thing i've ever had to do. =[ -- you are an incurable humanist. |
